1. Overview of Services

CoreLink Immigration Form Services provides service-based administrative support, including immigration form preparation, document organization, certified translation coordination, passport-related administrative assistance, Florida notary services, and wedding officiant services.

Our services are administrative in nature. We prepare forms, organize information, assist with document preparation, provide appointment-based support, and help clients better manage paperwork based solely on the information and documents provided by the client.

CoreLink is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not provide legal representation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing services from CoreLink, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website, purchase services, upload documents, submit information, or schedule appointments.

3. Eligibility to Use Services

To use our services, you must be at least the age of majority in your state, country, or jurisdiction of residence, or you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where applicable.

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information when using our services.

4. No Legal Advice or Representation

CoreLink Immigration Form Services is not a law firm and does not provide:

  • Eligibility determinations
  • Legal opinions
  • Advice about whether you should file, travel, marry, notarize, sign, or submit a document

CoreLink prepares forms and documents based solely on the information you provide. We do not decide which immigration benefit, filing category, passport service, notarial act, or legal option is best for your situation.

5. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of our website, purchase of a service, submission of documents, email communication, phone communication, or appointment with CoreLink does not create an attorney-client relationship.

No communication from CoreLink should be interpreted as legal advice, legal analysis, legal strategy, or legal representation.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Providing truthful, accurate, complete, and current information
  • Selecting the service, form, or appointment type they want prepared
  • Reviewing all completed forms, translations, documents, and prepared materials before signing, submitting, mailing, uploading, or using them
  • Confirming that all information is correct before submission
  • Submitting completed forms and supporting documentation to USCIS or the appropriate government agency when applicable
  • Paying all government filing fees, passport fees, county fees, mailing fees, or third-party fees directly to the appropriate agency or provider
  • Responding promptly to requests for missing or incomplete information
  • Keeping copies of submitted documents, receipts, tracking numbers, government notices, and appointment confirmations

CoreLink is not responsible for delays, denials, rejections, returned applications, missed deadlines, missed appointments, or other outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, late, or false information provided by the client.

7. Immigration Form Preparation Services

CoreLink provides non-attorney administrative immigration form preparation services based solely on the information and documents provided by the client.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing all completed forms, signing where required, submitting the application or petition, and paying all USCIS government filing fees directly to USCIS or the appropriate agency.

CoreLink does not guarantee USCIS approval, acceptance, processing times, interview outcomes, benefit approval, or any immigration result.

8. Certified Translation Services

CoreLink may provide or coordinate certified translation services based on documents submitted by the client.

Translation pricing, turnaround time, and availability may vary depending on document length, language, formatting, readability, volume, and service availability.

CoreLink does not guarantee acceptance of translated documents by USCIS, courts, schools, employers, agencies, or any other third party.

9. Passport-Related Administrative Assistance

CoreLink may provide passport-related administrative assistance, including form preparation support, document checklist organization, and appointment preparation support.

CoreLink is not a government agency, not a passport acceptance facility, not a passport agency, and not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State.

Clients are responsible for reviewing their passport application, signing where required, submitting through the official government process, paying all passport-related government fees, and following the instructions of the U.S. Department of State or passport acceptance facility.

CoreLink does not issue passports, submit passport applications on behalf of clients, guarantee passport approval, or guarantee passport processing times.

10. Notary Services

CoreLink may provide Florida notary services through a commissioned Florida Notary Public.

For notary appointments, the signer must be physically present, willing to sign, able to communicate with the notary, and able to present acceptable identification.

A notarization does not confirm that a document is legally sufficient, complete, accurate, enforceable, or acceptable for any specific purpose.

CoreLink does not draft legal documents, explain legal rights, choose notarial certificates for clients, or provide legal advice regarding notarized documents.

11. Wedding Officiant Services

CoreLink may provide wedding officiant services by appointment for couples with a valid Florida marriage license.

Couples are responsible for obtaining a valid Florida marriage license before the ceremony and confirming all marriage requirements that apply to their situation.

CoreLink does not issue marriage licenses, provide legal advice regarding marriage requirements, or guarantee availability for any requested ceremony date, time, or location.

12. Online Filing and Client Accounts

Some services may involve administrative support for forms or applications that may be eligible for online filing.

Clients are responsible for creating, maintaining, and protecting their own online government accounts, including any USCIS online account when applicable.

CoreLink does not create government accounts for clients, control client login credentials, electronically sign applications for clients, pay government fees on behalf of clients, or submit applications as a legal representative.

13. Service Descriptions, Pricing, and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe our services, pricing, turnaround times, and availability accurately. However, service descriptions, prices, availability, and processing times may change without notice.

CoreLink reserves the right to correct errors, update services, change pricing, limit services, refuse service, or discontinue a service at any time.

If an error is discovered after purchase, CoreLink may contact the client to discuss correction, cancellation, refund review, or updated service options.

14. Payments and Service Fees

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

By submitting payment, you authorize CoreLink or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the service purchased.

CoreLink service fees are separate from USCIS filing fees, passport fees, county fees, court fees, mailing fees, third-party fees, or other government fees unless explicitly stated in writing.

Government and third-party fees must be paid directly by the client to the appropriate agency, facility, or provider.

15. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Services may become non-refundable once administrative processing, intake review, document review, appointment preparation, translation work, or form preparation has begun.

16. Shipping, Delivery, and Appointment-Based Services

Most CoreLink services are delivered electronically or provided by appointment. Physical shipping is generally not required unless optional mailing assistance is requested and available.

17. Third-Party Platforms, Tools, and Links

CoreLink is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, security practices, delays, errors, outages, or performance of third-party platforms or providers.

While CoreLink uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect client information, no online transmission, file upload, email communication, or digital storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

19. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use CoreLink’s website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, forged, or misleading information
  • Upload documents that do not belong to you or that you are not authorized to provide
  • Use another person’s identity, account, payment method, or personal information without permission
  • Attempt to access, interfere with, damage, or disrupt the website, upload system, payment system, or related services

CoreLink Immigration Form Services is a private service provider and is not associated, affiliated, endorsed, or approved by USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, any passport agency, any passport acceptance facility, any court, any county clerk office, or any government agency.

USCIS immigration forms are available on the official government website at uscis.gov. CoreLink charges service fees only for administrative preparation, document organization, and related support services.

22. No Guarantees

CoreLink does not guarantee approval, acceptance, processing time, government outcome, passport approval, immigration benefit, document acceptance, notarized document acceptance, ceremony availability, or any result from USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, courts, county offices, government agencies, third parties, or other organizations.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreLink Immigration Form Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

CoreLink is not responsible for government delays, government decisions, rejected applications, denied applications, returned filings, missed deadlines, lost mail, third-party platform errors, client-provided errors, or outcomes outside CoreLink’s control.

24. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoreLink Immigration Form Services, its owner, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the website or services, your breach of these Terms, your submission of inaccurate or false information, or your misuse of any prepared materials.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes related to these Terms, the website, or CoreLink services shall be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
