Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Method

Completed forms and service-related documents are typically delivered electronically through secure email or another secure delivery method used by CoreLink Immigration Form Services.

No physical shipping is required for most services. If physical mailing assistance is requested and available, additional mailing or shipping fees may apply.

2. Service Processing Time

• Standard turnaround: 3–7 business days after all required information, documents, and payment are received.
• Expedited / rush processing: May be available for an additional fee, with an estimated 1–2 business day turnaround depending on service type, complexity, and availability.

3. Client Submission of Information

Clients must submit required information and requested documents through the secure upload option provided on the applicable form or service page.

• Submitted information is reviewed and organized for administrative form preparation purposes only.
• If additional factual information is needed, CoreLink may contact you by email.
• You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is truthful, complete, and accurate.

4. Optional Mailing Assistance

If you request completed forms to be physically mailed to you, or request mailing assistance where available, additional shipping or mailing fees may apply.

Shipping fees depend on the selected delivery method, such as standard, expedited, or overnight delivery. Any mailing fees must be paid separately before physical mailing occurs.

CoreLink Immigration Form Services does not guarantee delivery times for third-party carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other mailing provider.

5. Client Responsibility

CoreLink Immigration Form Services prepares forms based solely on the information provided by the client.

Clients are responsible for:

• Reviewing all completed forms before signing
• Submitting completed forms and supporting documentation to USCIS or the appropriate government agency
• Paying all USCIS filing fees directly to USCIS
• Keeping copies of all submitted forms, receipts, and tracking information
• Providing complete and accurate information for form preparation

CoreLink Immigration Form Services is not responsible for delays, rejections, denials, mailing issues, or government processing delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, missing, or false information provided by the client.
