CoreLink Immigration Form Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal analysis, legal strategy, or legal representation.

We provide administrative form preparation and document organization services based solely on the information and documents provided by the client.

2. What CoreLink Can and Cannot Do

CoreLink can provide administrative support such as:

  • Typing information provided by the client into selected forms
  • Organizing client-provided information and documents
  • Providing administrative checklists based on form instructions and client-provided information
  • Preparing forms for client review, signature, and submission
  • Providing certified translation coordination when available
  • Providing passport-related administrative assistance
  • Providing Florida notary services through a commissioned Florida Notary Public
  • Providing wedding officiant services by appointment for couples with a valid Florida marriage license

CoreLink cannot provide:

  • Legal advice
  • Legal representation
  • Immigration strategy
  • Eligibility determinations
  • Legal opinions
  • Advice about whether you should file, travel, marry, notarize, sign, or submit a document
  • Representation before USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, courts, agencies, or government offices
  • Guarantees of approval, acceptance, processing time, or government outcome

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using our website, purchasing a service, uploading documents, sending an email, speaking with CoreLink, or scheduling an appointment does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Communications with CoreLink are for administrative service purposes only and should not be interpreted as legal advice, legal analysis, legal strategy, or legal representation.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing truthful, accurate, complete, and current information
  • Selecting the form, service, or appointment type they want prepared
  • Reviewing all completed forms, translations, documents, and prepared materials before signing, submitting, mailing, uploading, or using them
  • Confirming that all information is correct before submission
  • Submitting completed forms and supporting documents to USCIS or the appropriate agency when applicable
  • Paying all USCIS, passport, county, mailing, government, or third-party fees directly to the appropriate agency or provider
  • Consulting a licensed attorney or DOJ-accredited representative if legal advice is needed

5. No Government Affiliation

CoreLink Immigration Form Services is a private service provider. We are not associated, affiliated, endorsed, or approved by USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, any passport agency, any passport acceptance facility, any court, any county clerk office, or any government agency.

USCIS immigration forms are available on the official government website at uscis.gov. CoreLink charges service fees only for administrative form preparation, document organization, and related support services.

6. No Guarantee of Government Outcome

CoreLink does not guarantee approval, acceptance, processing time, interview outcome, passport approval, immigration benefit, document acceptance, notarized document acceptance, ceremony availability, or any result from USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, courts, county offices, government agencies, third parties, or other organizations.

7. Florida Notary Services Notice

CoreLink may provide Florida notary services through a commissioned Florida Notary Public. Notary services are separate from our administrative immigration form preparation services.

A notarization does not confirm that a document is legally sufficient, complete, accurate, enforceable, or acceptable for any specific purpose.

8. Passport Assistance Notice

CoreLink may provide passport-related administrative assistance. CoreLink is not a passport agency, not a passport acceptance facility, and not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State.

Clients are responsible for reviewing, signing, and submitting passport applications through the official government process and paying all passport-related government fees directly to the appropriate agency or facility.

9. Certified Translation Notice

CoreLink may provide or coordinate certified translation services based on documents submitted by the client.

CoreLink does not guarantee acceptance of translated documents by USCIS, courts, schools, employers, agencies, or any other third party.

10. When to Contact an Attorney

You should contact a licensed attorney or DOJ-accredited representative if you have questions about eligibility, legal strategy, prior denials, criminal history, immigration violations, waivers, removal or deportation history, inadmissibility, travel risk, fraud concerns, court history, or any other legal issue.
