Please note: Mobile appointments, evening appointments, weekend appointments, and facility visits are subject to availability. Travel or mobile appointment fees may apply depending on location and are separate from any allowable notarial act fee.

2. Bring Your Document and ID

What to Bring
- Acceptable government-issued photo identification

- Any required witnesses, if your document requires witnesses
- All pages of the document, even pages that do not require signatures
Please do not sign the document before your appointment unless you are certain the document does not require the signature to be witnessed by the notary.
