1. Overview
CoreLink Immigration Form Services is primarily a service-based business. We do not generally ship physical products. Most completed forms, service-related documents, drafts, instructions, translation files, or prepared materials are delivered electronically through secure upload, email, or another communication method used by CoreLink.
Appointment-based services, including notary appointments, in-person administrative support, passport-related assistance, and wedding officiant services, are provided by appointment only and do not involve physical shipping unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Digital Delivery Method
Completed forms, prepared drafts, service summaries, translation-related files, or service-related documents may be delivered electronically through one or more of the following methods:
- Secure upload or secure file delivery
- Email communication
- Online communication with CoreLink
- Other delivery method agreed upon by CoreLink and the client
Clients are responsible for reviewing all delivered documents carefully before signing, submitting, mailing, uploading, or using them for any purpose.
3. Service Processing Time
Processing times vary depending on the service purchased, document volume, client responsiveness, service complexity, appointment availability, and whether all required information has been provided.
- Standard immigration form preparation: Generally 3–7 business days after all required information, documents, and payment are received.
- Certified translation services: Turnaround time depends on document length, language, formatting, and quote approval.
- Passport-related administrative assistance: Scheduling and turnaround depend on service type and availability.
- Notary appointments: Provided by appointment based on availability.
- Wedding officiant services: Provided by appointment based on availability and ceremony details.
- Expedited or rush processing: May be available for an additional fee depending on service type, workload, and scheduling availability.
⚠️ Important Notice
Processing time begins only after all required information, requested documents, payment, and any required follow-up details have been received. Uploading documents alone does not necessarily mean that service preparation has started.
4. Client Submission of Information
Clients must submit required information and requested documents through the upload option, email, intake form, appointment process, or other method provided by CoreLink for the applicable service.
- Submitted information is reviewed and organized for administrative preparation purposes only.
- If additional factual information is needed, CoreLink may contact the client by email, phone, or another communication method.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring all information provided is truthful, complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Delays in providing requested information may delay service delivery.
5. Optional Physical Mailing
Most CoreLink services are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. If a client requests physical mailing and CoreLink agrees to provide it, additional mailing or shipping fees may apply.
Mailing fees may depend on the selected delivery method, such as standard mail, priority mail, certified mail, expedited delivery, overnight delivery, or another available shipping method.
Any mailing or shipping fee must be paid before physical mailing occurs.
CoreLink Immigration Form Services does not guarantee delivery times for USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, courier services, or any other third-party mailing or shipping provider.
6. Mailing Risk and Third-Party Carrier Responsibility
Once documents are provided to a third-party mailing carrier, delivery timing and handling are controlled by that carrier. CoreLink is not responsible for delays, lost mail, tracking issues, misdelivery, returned mail, weather delays, carrier errors, or other issues caused by a third-party mailing or shipping provider.
Clients are encouraged to keep copies of all documents, confirmations, tracking numbers, receipts, USCIS notices, passport-related receipts, and any other important records.
7. Client Submission to Government Agencies
Unless explicitly stated in writing, CoreLink does not submit immigration forms, passport applications, government applications, or supporting documents on behalf of clients.
Clients are responsible for:
- Reviewing all completed forms, translations, and prepared materials before signing or submission
- Signing forms or documents where required
- Submitting completed forms and supporting documentation to USCIS or the appropriate government agency when applicable
- Submitting passport applications through the official government process or appropriate acceptance facility when applicable
- Paying all government filing fees, passport fees, mailing fees, county fees, or third-party fees directly to the appropriate agency or provider
- Keeping copies of all submitted documents, receipts, tracking information, and government notices
8. Appointment-Based Services
Some CoreLink services are appointment-based and are not delivered through shipping. These may include in-person administrative support, passport-related administrative assistance, general notary services, mobile notary appointments, and wedding officiant services.
Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by CoreLink. Mobile appointments, evening appointments, weekend appointments, facility visits, and ceremony appointments are subject to availability and may include additional fees.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time, bringing required identification, providing complete documents, and having all required parties present when applicable.
For notary appointments, the signer must be physically present, willing to sign, able to communicate with the notary, and able to present acceptable identification. If these requirements are not met, the notarization may not be completed.
For wedding officiant services, couples are responsible for obtaining a valid Florida marriage license before the ceremony. CoreLink does not issue marriage licenses.
9. Certified Translation Delivery
Certified translation services, when available, are typically delivered electronically unless physical copies are requested and approved.
Translation turnaround times vary based on document length, language, formatting, readability, volume, and whether all required files have been provided.
CoreLink does not guarantee acceptance of translated documents by USCIS, courts, schools, employers, agencies, or any other third party.
10. Government and Third-Party Processing Times
CoreLink does not control USCIS processing times, U.S. Department of State passport processing times, county clerk processing, court processing, postal delivery, carrier delivery, or the timelines of any government agency or third party.
Any estimated processing time provided by CoreLink applies only to CoreLink’s administrative preparation or service coordination time, not to government review, government approval, mailing carrier delivery, or third-party processing.
11. Client Responsibility
CoreLink Immigration Form Services prepares documents and provides administrative support based solely on the information and documents provided by the client.
Clients are responsible for:
