5️⃣ Secure Delivery: Receive your certified translation packet electronically by email. Printed certified translation packets and tracked physical mailing may be available when included in your quote.
💲 Pricing Information
Certified translation pricing starts at $25 per page and varies depending on:
✔ Original source language complexity
✔ Legibility of handwritten or older documents
✔ Specialized formatting or layout requirements
✔ Urgent or expedited turnaround requests
💳 Note Regarding the Upfront Deposit:
To help ensure serious quote requests, a $20.00 document review deposit is due at checkout. This deposit will be applied as a direct credit toward your final certified translation invoice.
Deposits become non-refundable once your uploaded files have been reviewed. If no document is uploaded, we may contact you for the missing file before beginning review. If the document is not provided, the order may be canceled and refunded before review begins.
📦 Delivery Options:
All custom translation quotes are provided as flat-rate quotes after review. Your final quote may include a certified high-resolution digital PDF packet emailed to your inbox. Printed certified translation packets and tracked physical mailing may be available when included in your quote.
A final quote will be provided after your document is reviewed. The remaining balance for the translation service is not required until the quote is confirmed and approved by you.
