Welcome to CoreLink Immigration Form Services (“CoreLink,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 - OVERVIEW

CoreLink provides non-attorney administrative immigration form preparation services. We do not provide legal advice or representation. Our Services are limited to administrative immigration-related document preparation, organization, translation-related services, and related support services. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

To use the Services, you must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information when requested and to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. Unauthorized use of another person’s account or information is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 3 - SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS

We strive to describe our Services accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, pricing, or availability information are error-free. CoreLink reserves the right to correct errors and update or modify Services at any time without notice.

Translation services are provided based on submitted documents and client-requested language needs.

CoreLink provides non-attorney administrative immigration form preparation services, passport-related administrative assistance, document organization services, translation-related services, and related support services based solely on the information provided by clients.

SECTION 4 - SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENTS

All prices for form preparation services are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Fees charged by CoreLink do not include government filing fees or charges imposed by USCIS or other agencies. You are solely responsible for paying all USCIS filing fees directly to USCIS.

By submitting payment, you authorize CoreLink to charge your payment method for the full service amount. All payments must be made at the time of purchase before work begins. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing information and promptly update any changes to your payment details.

SECTION 5 - REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All services become non-refundable once administrative intake processing, document organization, translation work, or form preparation services begin.

  • If you cancel before uploading any documents or providing form data, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@corelinkimmigrationforms.com.
  • Once we begin reviewing your information, preparing forms, no refunds will be issued.
  • Refunds are not available for incomplete submissions, customer-caused delays, or failure to provide required documents or information.

All refund determinations are at the sole discretion of CoreLink Immigration Form Services.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that CoreLink prepares forms only based on the information you provide. CoreLink Immigration Form Services does not guarantee approval, acceptance, processing times, or immigration outcomes from USCIS or any government agency.

SECTION 7 - CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are solely responsible for reviewing all completed forms before signing and submission.

  • Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information
  • Selecting the appropriate form or service for their situation
  • Reviewing all prepared forms for accuracy
  • Submitting completed forms and supporting documentation to USCIS or the appropriate agency
  • Paying all government filing fees directly to USCIS or the appropriate agency

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, text, graphics, and materials on this site are the exclusive property of CoreLink and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written consent.

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

Our Services may include links or tools from third parties, such as UploadKit or Shopify. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance. Your use of third-party tools or links is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY

Your personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. We may share certain information with third-party platforms like Shopify to process transactions and deliver Services.
