Do you provide legal advice?
No. CoreLink Immigration Form Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation.
How long does it take to complete a form?
Standard processing: 3–7 business days
Rush processing: 1–2 business days (additional fee applies)
What if the form I need is not listed?
If your form is not shown on our website, please contact us for availability and pricing.
How do I submit my documents?
You will securely upload your documents using the “Select Files” button on the form product page after checkout.
Are USCIS filing fees included?
No. USCIS filing fees are paid directly to USCIS by the applicant and are not included in our service prices.
What happens if I provide incomplete or incorrect information?
CoreLink prepares your forms based solely on the information you provide. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or missing information.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds are available only if form preparation has not started. Once we begin preparing your form, fees become non-refundable.
Is my information secure?
Yes. All documents and personal information are handled securely and confidentially through our platform.
Do you offer certified translation services?

Do you prepare or submit Form G-28 (Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative)?
No. Form G-28 is used only by immigration attorneys or DOJ-accredited representatives to officially represent someone before USCIS. CoreLink Immigration Form Services does not prepare Form G-28, does not act as a representative, and does not communicate with USCIS on your behalf.
