How the Form Process Works
How the Form Preparation Process Works
CoreLink Immigration Form Services provides non-attorney administrative immigration form preparation and document organization support based on the information you provide. Our goal is to help make the paperwork process more organized, clear, and easier to review before you sign and submit your forms.
Important: CoreLink prepares forms based solely on the information and documents provided by the client. You remain responsible for reviewing all prepared forms, confirming accuracy, signing where required, paying USCIS filing fees directly to USCIS, and submitting your application or petition according to official USCIS instructions.
Step-by-Step Process
Choose Your Service
Select the form preparation service or bundle you want CoreLink to prepare. If you are unsure which form applies to your situation, please consult a licensed attorney or DOJ-accredited representative before purchasing.
Submit Your Information
Provide the requested factual information and upload documents through the secure upload option, intake form, email, or other method provided by CoreLink for your selected service.
Administrative Review
CoreLink reviews your submitted information for administrative preparation purposes, such as missing fields, incomplete factual details, unclear uploads, or documents needed for the service you selected.
Form Preparation
We prepare your selected form or packet based on the information you provide. CoreLink does not choose filing categories, determine eligibility, provide legal strategy, or decide whether you should file.
Client Review
You carefully review all prepared forms and documents before signing, mailing, uploading, or submitting anything. You are responsible for confirming that all information is truthful, accurate, and complete.
Sign, Pay, and Submit
After your review, you sign where required, pay all government filing fees directly to USCIS or the appropriate agency, and submit your application according to official filing instructions.
Mail Filing and Online Filing
- For mail filings: You are responsible for printing, signing, assembling, mailing, and tracking your application according to the official USCIS instructions for the form you are filing.
- For online filings: You are responsible for your own USCIS online account, final review, electronic signature, government fee payment, and submission.
- CoreLink does not create USCIS online accounts for clients, control client login credentials, electronically sign forms for clients, pay government fees on behalf of clients, or submit applications as a legal representative.
- USCIS mailing addresses, filing instructions, online filing options, and government fees may vary by form and can change. Always review the official USCIS form instructions before submitting.
Typical Processing Time
- Standard form preparation is generally completed within 3–7 business days after all required information, requested documents, and payment have been received.
- Rush processing may be available for an additional fee depending on the service type, workload, and availability.
- Processing time may be delayed if information is missing, documents are unclear, or the client does not respond to follow-up requests.
