Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Our service fees are charged for the administrative time, organization, preparation, and processing involved in preparing immigration-related forms and related services.

Service fees are not charged for immigration outcomes, legal representation, legal advice, USCIS decisions, or government processing times.

By purchasing services from CoreLink Immigration Form Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Once administrative processing or form preparation activity has begun, service fees become non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Reviewing submitted information or uploaded documents
• Administrative intake processing
• Data entry and form preparation
• Document organization and formatting
• Communication regarding missing or incomplete information
• Preparation of USCIS immigration forms based on client-provided information
• Translation or document-related administrative services already initiated

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

• You request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and before any administrative processing or form preparation work has begun.
• You accidentally submitted duplicate payment(s) for the same service and notify us within 24 hours. Verified duplicate charges may be refunded.

Refunds, credits, or partial refunds will not be issued after administrative processing or form preparation services have begun, including situations where:

• You decide not to proceed with your immigration filing
• You change your mind regarding the service
• You later determine you no longer need the service
• Your immigration application is denied, delayed, or rejected by USCIS or another government agency
• You provided incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent information

4. Client Responsibility

CoreLink Immigration Form Services prepares forms strictly based on the information provided by the client.

Clients are solely responsible for:

• Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information
• Selecting the correct immigration form or service for their situation
• Reviewing all completed forms before signing and submission
• Submitting all forms and supporting documentation to USCIS or the appropriate government agency
• Paying all USCIS filing fees directly to USCIS

CoreLink Immigration Form Services is not responsible for delays, denials, rejections, or other immigration outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or false information provided by the client.

7. USCIS Filing Fees

USCIS filing fees are NOT included in our service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All government filing fees must be paid directly to USCIS by the applicant or petitioner.
